This is the simplest, yet hardest song I have ever written. I remember exactly the day when I got news of betrayal from two of the closest people in my life (and both in the band). It killed me. I went to The Squat, a local house venue to see a show and I remember feeling so cold and alone. I had the feelings of anger, sadness, and confusion just fighting inside me.

I drove back home and stopped the car in my driveway roughly around 11pm and I was sitting there just paralyzed. I was about to drive somewhere and do something I would probably come to regret. I was fully committed. I was willing to put myself in a terrible situation for revenge of being lied to over and over again. Then a friend of mine happened to randomly call me and it kept me from doing whatever I was going to do (I was just going to wing it). I remember sitting in bed that night realizing that I could've entirely stooped down to their level. This one was hard to write, hence why I keep reusing the line "I can't find the words to say".
